About the Artist

I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and earned my Bachelor of Arts in Art & Design at the University of Michigan. I am currently living and making art in Brooklyn, New York and am earning my masters degree in Art & Art Education at Teachers College, Columbia University. I am looking forward to starting a career as an art teacher next year after I graduate!

Most recently, I had my piece California selected by the Michigan Association of State Universities to be exhibited in the Michigan House of Representatives for one year as part of the "Student Art in the House" exhibition program. I have also shown and sold work at the Long Grove Art Market. My work has been exhibited at the Stamps School of Art and Design at the University of Michigan's Annual Juried Exhibition Show, the Lincolnshire, Illinois Village Town Hall, the North Suburban Art Show of Chicago, and chosen by Stevenson High School to be in their permanent collection.
